Tutto Perm Neutralizer
Perm Neutralizer with Milk Proteins. Directions: After rinsing off the waving fluid well with warm water, remove excess water with a towel. Pour 80 ml. of neutralizer into the measuring bottle and starting at the back section, apply to each single perm rod. Processing time: 5 minutes. Unwind the perm rods and apply remaining neutralizer, leave on for a further 5 minutes. Rinse out with lukewarm water and style.

Permanent waving liquid that guarantees curls, strength and exceptional hold while promoting maximum protection. Product contains milk proteins with conditioning and nourishing properties. Directions: Shampoo and towel dry to remove excess water, wind perm rollers and starting at the nape of the neck apply the perm solution evenly to hair. Leave to process from 10 to 25 minutes. During this time check the curl action. Rinse off well with tepid water and finish with Tuttowave Perm Neutralizer (leave on for 8-10 minutes)
